Desserts were a lovely spread of cakes, pastries, tart and some exquisite Indian desserts! Our favorites were: Milk Chocolate with Mango Jelly, Summer Berry Short Cake, American Berry Delight, Malpua, Sabudana Kheer and Ras Malai.
The chef and his staff came to meet us and take feedback from us. They served some of their specialties to us on the table and explained us the effort and passion that has been put in creating these dishes.
To start with we had different varieties of nacho with around nine different kinds of dip along with a helping of chilled Budweiser Beer. It could not have been any more refreshing than this. All the dip were highly innovative. Then we were served pitcher each of Long Island Green Tea, Mojito, and a Watermelon based mocktail.
In few minutes the chef appeared with a very big pizza and burger. We all celebrated the festival with having a piece of the pizza and burger.
Overall it was a great evening spent on good food cooked by highly experienced hands!
