I received this book for review. Till the time I started reading it, I was not aware that it is a wellness guide. Generally, I am actually repulsive in reading wellness guides as they contain too much of theory and philosophy. Honestly speaking, I started reading this book also with the same mindset. But the author took me for a pleasant surprise with the content, message and the way in which the book is organized.
This book is a very “practical” wellness guide. It talks clear and crisp about the wellness of Mind, Body, and Soul. The best part is that it covers very less theory and philosophy. It has a beautiful practical approach and the author has shared many real-life incidents of himself and other real people.
All the wellness suggestions are backed with real-life incidents and the results that are divided into different buckets viz, “Happiness Moments“, “Wake-up Story“, “Practical Tip“, “Tech Traps“, “Smart Well Being Capsule“. This way it instills a lot of trust and confidence in the methods suggested. This is the best part of the book that I admire a lot.
For a very long time, this book won’t find a place on my bookshelf. It will stay with me as a handy reference towards achieving a healthy lifestyle. I have come up with a plan to gradually incorporate the practical guidelines into my lifestyle and strive for a healthy Mind, Body, and Soul.
