WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT CINEPOLIS – ROYAL MEENAKSHI MALL
Cinepolis Multiplex has its presence at various locations in Bengaluru, one if it is at the popular Royal Meenakshi Mall at Bannerghatta Road.
We have been visiting Cinepolis – Royal Meenakshi Mall regularly to watch movies. Our most recent visit was a month back to watch a latest Bollywood movie on a weekday. This review is consolidated from our visits.
Location and Ambiance:
It is located on the top floor of one of the most popular malls of Bengaluru. People flock at Royal Meenakshi Mall round the year for shopping, leisure time passing, having food, to play games, and to watch movies. It is easily accessible through public transport and easy to reach by private transport. The mall has ample parking space, hence visitors of Cinepolis – Royal Meenakshi Mall need not worry about parking availability. The multiplex can be reached by elevators and escalators.
There is a booking office on the right as soon as you enter and then the security and ticket checking counter. Those who have opted for mobile tickets needs to display the QR code and get the entry. This leads to a large premise with food counters followed by the gates of cinema halls.
Interiors are made of wood with dim lit lights and shining granite flooring. Overall gives a very pleasant feeling as soon as you enter. There are sofa and chairs placed for the visitors who are waiting for their movie show to start. A big digital screen keeps on playing advertisements.
The support staff constantly keeps the premises clean and tidy. The sweeping and cleaning keep on happening at regular intervals. Washrooms are also kept clean and in a hygienic condition.
There are around 3 to 4 food options inside Cinepolis Royal Meenakshi Mall premises. However, all the food options are overpriced and very expensive. This is a standard exploitation that we find in many multiplexes and cinema halls.
Inside the cinema hall:
It is cozy and decent inside. The chairs are comfortable and reclinable. With the very soft cushion, the whole movie experience goes well. There is enough leg space between the rows. Sound quality is very good. Air conditioning is very effective and it really gets very cold when the occupancy is low.
