WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT THE BAR STOCK EXCHANGE:
I visited The Bar Stock Exchange as part of bloggers table to pre-review their “The Burger School Menu”. We were a group of few bloggers from Bangalore who participated in this bloggers table.
Reaching The Bar Stock Exchange:
Reaching BSE is very easy. It is located right on Anil Kumble Circle and can be spotted easily right on the road. Google Maps is also spot-on with the location. BSE has valet parking, so parking is not an issue here.
The ambiance is perfect for good nightlife. Dim lit with very innovative interiors. It is located in huge premises and during cricket matches, they project it on a big screen.
What TheHeeBee Had:
We tried a few vegetarian and non-vegetarian burgers. I had Beer along with the burgers and few bloggers chose to have mocktails.
The burgers are created with a fusion of ingredients and tastes. Egg-xo-tic, The Humble Potato, The Fiery Heart, Hot and Happening, Massive Attack, Korean Fried Chicken, God’s Own Country are some of the interesting fusion burgers created by the chef.
My favorites were Korean Fried Chicken burger which had a great hot kick, Massive Attack burger which was really big with a mix of meat and the Egg-xo-tic burger. But that one burger which tops my list was God’s Own Country Burger which was an amazing fusion of taste and spices from Kerala fused in the burger!!
The vegetarian burgers, however, needs a little more upliftment in terms of the burst of flavors.
I observed the staff in terms of serving others. I could say that the staff was paying attention to all the guests and were able to help them with the orders.
